Description

All of the residents on Todd Pl. N.E. between Lincoln Rd. and 1st NE leave their Supercan and recycling containers out which block over half of the sidewalk all year long every day and never put them away. This, I believe, breaks two DC laws: 1). They are blocking the sidewalk from pedestrian use and 2) they are leaving their trash out "early" which in this case is all the time.
